Victor is a multicultural professional investor with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of renewable energy, mining, oil and gas and real estate. He has executed transactions in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, working with companies such as JPMorganChase, PSEG Global and Denham Capital. In Latin America, Victor has focused his work on the identification of attractive sectors for investment, the creation of companies in those sectors and the oversight of the investments as a board member.
Victor is a firm supporter of the energy transition, focusing his efforts in the development of renewable energy projects and the mining of critical minerals. He has led investments focused on wind power, solar power, copper and rare earths.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Victor dedicates part of his time to helping the less favored, he is the President of the Board of his family charity, a fund that provides houses, scholarships, and help for medical procedures for families and people in need.
Victor is an Industrial Engineer and a Specialist in Finance from Los Andes University in Colombia, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
